Join our 2026 Volunteer Cohort

Are you a young person passionate about creating positive social change? Do you have skills, ideas, and a desire to contribute to a society where women and girls are empowered and protected?

CEWHIN is inviting young people, creatives, advocates, and change makers to join our 2026 Volunteer Cohort.

Our programme provides an opportunity to contribute your time, skills, and talents to initiatives that advance gender equality, strengthen communities, empower women and girls, and prevent and respond to Gender-Based Violence (GBV).

Explore our five volunteer teams and find where you can make an impact:

1. Community Engagement

Support CEWHIN’s grassroots initiatives by engaging community members, mobilising stakeholders, building relationships with community leaders, and promoting awareness of issues affecting women and girls. Volunteers will contribute to community outreach, advocacy activities, dialogues, and initiatives that encourage positive social change.

2. Communications and Media

Put your creativity and storytelling skills to work! Support CEWHIN’s communication activities through content creation, graphic design, photography, videography, social media management, writing, and media engagement. Volunteers will help amplify the voices of women and girls and promote awareness of CEWHIN’s work and advocacy initiatives.

3. Research and Development

Contribute to knowledge generation and evidence-based advocacy. Volunteers will support research activities, information gathering, documentation, report writing, data collection, and the development of knowledge products on gender equality, women’s rights, and GBV prevention and response.

4. Resource Mobilisation

Be part of the team that helps bring CEWHIN’s activities to life. Volunteers will support event planning, coordination, logistics, participant engagement, documentation, and other administrative activities required for the successful implementation of programmes, workshops, trainings, and community events.
