Assignment Summary

CEWHIN is seeking a qualified independent consultant/team to conduct the final external evaluation of PROJECT HOPE (funded by the UN Trust Fund to End Violence Against Women). The evaluator will independently assess the project’s relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, coherence, impact, and sustainability across target locations in Lagos State (Ikeja & Ojo/Badagry) and Osun State (Osogbo & Ife).

Qualifications & Expertise

  • 7–10+ years of external evaluation experience utilizing mixed-methods.
  • Proven expertise in EVAW/G, gender-responsive, and human rights-based approaches.
  • Demonstrated experience working with people with disabilities in Nigeria.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory); command of Yoruba is desirable.
