GBV Tete-a-tete Privacy Policy

Thanks for using the GBV Tête-À-Tête App! Here we describe how we collect, use and handle your information when you use our service.

What & Why

We respect the privacy of all our users or visitors to our application. We only collect and use the following information to provide, improve and protect our Services:

We only gather personally identifiable information associated with your account, such as names, addresses, zip/postal codes, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by a user or a visitor.
  • Services. Our Services are designed to create a space where frontline staff, such as caseworkers and community focal points, as well as other staff can assess their skills, learn about gender-based violence (GBV), case management and appropriate communication and attitude skills as well as have a community space to learn from each other and receive coaching.
  • Usage. We collect information related to how you use the Services, including actions you take in your account (like assessments) to improve and protect our Services. This helps us provide you with features like the “CPFA Certification” section.
